Livin a single momma's life

I'm a single, active duty military momma who is trying to eat healthy and get into the best shape possible. I am about to start a new chapter in my life, and I know most would assume that having a baby would be a new chapter... but I will be getting out of the Navy in a couple months and will be starting back in the civilian world. I will also be moving to Lafayette, LA and hopefully going to UL for a B.S. in Dietetics. So that is definitely a new chapter. I want to be able to run around with my son and show him all the wonders in the world that I saw as a child. I've already got him enthralled with dogs and cats and chickens and rabbits, but we have to add horses and a couple other animals to the mix. I want to be the mother that can jump on a horse and take my son riding without getting out of breath or straining something. I want him to see a tree and want to climb to the very top knowing mommy will be there to help him down. Those are my goals. And the best way to make sure that I can keep up with my lil man is to make sure my health is taken care of.
