Marie Valentina arrived on February 10th, 2011 at 7 lbs, 3 oz and 19.5 cm.
We are enjoying our time with her before trying for another child in a year or two.
This is the first grandbaby on both sides of the family.
My Pregnancy
My pregnancy went great. I had morning sickness in month 3-4 and didn't start really showing until month 7.
My Program
I worked until month 8 and then went on maternity leave until baby was 11 months old. I breastfed her first year and started solids at 4.5 months old. We attended Healthy Beginnings Baby Program for her first year and I lost 20 lbs on top of losing all the pregnancy weight.
Other Information
I crocheted a bunch of baby clothes in advance, of various sizes. This helped save money on baby clothes later, and helped me to de-stress.
Aweeeee! you just found out you are pregnant not to long ago i see.. Man I remember wheni was looking at 200 and something days.. But what a blessing.. So you still are waiting for the anantomy ultrasound and everything? HOW FUN IS THIS RIGHT.. knowing you have a little blessing that God seen fit for you to bring into the world.. I just wanted to stop by and thank you for the goodie I was shocked no one really writes me on here , I think we all are a little shy sometimes right.. Well i was blessed by your goodie..

I have a similar book "What to Expect When You're Expecting" it's a month-by-month outline. Picked it up about 6 months ago at the Sally Ann. Did you want me to bring it when we come??
