I am the mommy of a 20 month old girl, now expecting a boy in early December. Very excited (and nervous) about our expanding family. I was a huge gym rat prior to my first pregnancy, but gained 60 pounds with my daughter. I am looking to minimize the damage of this pregnancy so that I can feel good and get back in shape as soon as possible.

Just trying to NOT gain 60 pounds, like I did with my first pregnancy. I'd also like to try and get back into shape more quickly after this child is born.
