Its been years since I've been on here. since my first girl was born in December 07 I've had 2 more girls and and now expecting my 4th child. This one was a total surprise but we'll adjust and celebrate soon.
I must admit I am hoping for a boy this time but hey I do have all the girl stuff already.
I'm on this page again because I'd really like to not gain as much weight as I did with my other pregnancies, especially since I haven't lost all my weight since the last baby. I'm hoping this will help!

My Program
After my first pregnancy I lost 50 of the 60lbs I gained. I'm not completely where I should be but its not too bad. This time around I'd like to gain much less weight!
