Hi! I'm a first time mommy, and have no idea what to expect! I've been a little overwhelmed by even the changes and preparations this side of birth... I hope that this website can help me feel a little bit more ready :). And of course with the help of my wonderful and oh-so-thrilled husband and family :D
I used to teach pilates and Zumba before I hit that first trimester- and whew!- I had terrrrrile morning sickness from week 4 till week 16 :o! So I stopped teaching and now am just trying to maintain my fitness level where it is at right now.
I also work full time- and we are still making decisions about what to do when the baby arrives.
I am SO excited to see what life will look like once baby comes and changes it all :D
Ps, if anyone knows of a Baby Bootcamp, Stroll Fit, or other stroller mommy/baby fitness program in Chicagoland and/or the Western burbs please let me know!! :)
