after my husband and i have gone through 9 miscarriages and 1 termination due to complication we are finally having a healthy successful pregnancy. we are currently living in japan as my husband is active duty navy, and we are originally from ohio.

due jan 26th so far and i have a 6 1/2 year old daughter back in the states.
My Program
i'm trying to be as healthy as i've ever been and so far it's been great on the food front because i'm craving fruits and veggies, but exercise i'm falling short because i'm exhausted! :)
