Brand New Mom trying to get healthy

I am a mother of a beautiful baby boy named Bentley. Although he is healthy getting him here was a bit of a challenge as I developed PreEclampsia in my third trimester. My OB has told me to lose some weight to stop this from happening again. So here I am.
