My TTC Journey

My name is Amanda. I'm 30 years old. My husband and I recently got married in June 2011 and have been together for 8.5 years. We bought our first new house in Calgary and moved in in October 2011. My husband also finished grad school and just started his new job. We have had a really busy but exciting year. As soon as my husband started his job we started trying to conceive. I'm extremely excited about this next step in our relationship as I have always wanted to have children and have been ready for about 3.5 years now. Until we start trying I have been focusing on improving my nutrition, taking prenatal vitamins and exercising to get my body ready for pregnancy so I can be as healthy as I can be before and during my pregnancy. I have also been saving money and doing a lot of reading about pregnancy and childcare. I can't wait to be a mother.
