boy it's been awhile since i posted last. i did end up changing dr's but for insurance reasins. my best friend still doesn't like all of my decisions but i've come to peace with that we are too different to agree on everything anymore. dh has been a sweetheart he is going to be my man doula.lol i now feel my precious one everyday and though it gets slightly irritating from time to time i love it. sometimes the baby kicks so hard it shakes my whole body which is crazy. oh yeah dh and i decided not to find out what the baby was. it just doesn't seem important what kind of baby it is, as long as it's ours. i've joined flylady.com and i must say it is awesome i'm on day 4 and already my house is getting cleaner. i love it! it's almost time to start sleeping downstairs again. dh just has to put the down stairs bed together. i went to missouri last week and had a great surprise baby shower. i got so many clothes and a stroller/carseat, and a bottle warmer and all this cool stuff i was so excited not all i got to get is the crib and wash everything and i'll be set for the baby, i think anyways. lol haveing this life inside of me is the greatest blessing i have had so far in my life, no offense to dh of course. i can't wait to meet my little one and show him/her the world.

ok i am not as irritated today but i still feel like everyone is against me. last night while talking to my best friend she was talking about how dr's do practice medicine they know what they're doing that stuff is just a precaution stuff like that i was getting so irritated b/c i had heard the same thing from dh all day, but she did say one nice thing you know i support you in all of your researchings and stuff. and that was nice. the nurse at my dr's office said that she was happy that i was taking an active part in this most women just go in and do what ever the dr. says. not me. i may change dr's now well in a few weeks but still now. i'm leaving in just a few days now and am getting nervous. i wish the dr. could have given me better advice other than get up every so often but i already knew that. oh well

i already posted this in the natural birthers thread but decided to add it here too.
ahhhhh i have to vent a little about my dr. he seems to view the birthing process as a purely medical one but he "will let me do whatever i want" now that i think about it he'll prolly be one of those dr's who tell me i can do whatever i want then do whatever the h*ll he wants to. is a 20% c-sec. rate really high? he said it was about the national average. and he said 35 to 45% of first time moms recieve an episiotomy. he didn't even know what a pressure episiotomy was. he also says that it is state law that i have to let them put the eye goo and vit. k. he also said that they will take the baby out of my room for about two hours of testing. but i don't want the baby to leave my room at all. i still don't understand why they gave me papers about the birthing center if they don't use it. he also said that i can only have two other people in the room, when i want three in there. they won't delay baby testing nor will they allow me to hold the baby during any stitching that i may have to have. he said if the baby is small they will squeeze the blood out of the cord into the baby then cut it. i have to have a hep lock which isn't that bad but even if i'm hydrated to h*ll though i still have to have it.and he said i shouldn't wear my own clothes during labor b/c it'll get too bloody. but it's not all bad.....he only checks down there every two hours or so... i also get my pick of positions even the whirlpool bath though i don't get to actively labor in it... he doesn't try to help the placenta out until about 30 minutes after birth.... but he didn't seem to thrilled when i asked when to give him my birth plan or when i asked about his induction rate, and he has like 5000 reasons for a c-sec. grrr. now that i typed all this down i'm not too irritated but i'm going to be looking into the birthing center more actively now.

i don't care if any one posts on here
well i've been feeling much better my house is cleaner, i'm happier but.... now i'm sick. yay. i have a cold that won't go away but i have a dr's appt. tomorrow so maybe i can get something other than vit. c supplements. finally got my plane tickets i'm leaving on monday so i won't be on babyfit at all for two weeks i don't know what i will do but i'm sure i'll find something. i've been trying really hard to do the whole walking thing but it kicked my a yesterday. i didn't even walk that far and i had water and all that stuff but i ran out of breath well not really but kinda, and my tummy muscle on the side cramped. it hurt. i can't tell if i've been feeling the baby or not lately. but i think i can tell vaguely where it is oh and i think it kicked my bladder the other day. yeah i was sitting on the toilet getting ready to go pee tmi i know and bam it hurt like a b. just kicked me or punched me or head butted me or something. i came out of the bathroom and told dh i think the baby is trying to kick my a. he just laughed. anyways i gtg find something to eat.

my gramma and mom got me some maternity clothes. oh man i felt so fat when i saw them. they are huge and i'm not very big! but they do fit and if i do say so myself i look pretty cute in them. lol. i can't wait til i get a chance to really wear them. i'm reading one of my fav. books again though i'm sure i could be doing something more productive. i have a party to go to next weekend i may be able to wear them then, but i don't really want to i'll prolly just wear a pair of black pants or something. man those clothes are cute though now i can't seem to get them off my mind... i am a loser. but hey i can be weird after all i am pregnant. anyways yeah that's my big news of the day i now i got to go take a bath. yay.

i threw up last night for the first time. ew. i have never felt so gross after throwing up. i still feel gross but oh well. i hope i never throw up again i don't think i could handle it. i guess it's just part of life though. i don't have much to say today. although i bite my mom's head off yesterday kinda but she deserved it (not really i'm just saying that to justify myself lol) but yeah and lydia never showed up again today this is really starting to get on my nerves at least she'll be using a daycare soon.

i think part of the nesting phase has started up. i've been cleaning different rooms each day and am actually making progress. i reorganised my pantry cleaned off my catch all table. hopefully i can keep this up. i won't be babysitting my nieces much longer there was finally an opening in the daycare. i am excited but i don't know what i will do without them. for the prolly 8 or 9 months they have been the only reason i wake up before noon. i'm gonna being going to carolina next month to visit my mom. that'll be great except i'll miss dh horribly. but anyways that's all that's going on right now.

well this will be an extra jouranal just to let everyone know what's going on with me. i met my husband about two years ago at a big seminar type thing he was so cute and asked me for my autograph one day then the next asked me for my number. i didn't have a phone at the time so i gave him my best friends number he wasn't going to call but my friend went again the next week so did he and she sai you should really call so he did and within a month we were dating. on our three month anniversary he asked me to marry him i said yes obviously and we were married a few days after our one year anniversary two weeks after i turned 17. we decided not to use protection at all on the basis what happens happens. right before our one year anniversary i became pregnant though i didn't find out till about a month ago. and that's how we met and how i got to where i am. so far through this pregnancy i have been really nauseus (sp) but not throwing up. now that i'm in my second trimester i feel better though i still feel sick on occasion. during this time i have become addicted to babyfit.com oh well. i can't wait to meet my little one and start my new life with my still new family. i want to do this thing naturally i have some issues but i am working past them and i think all will go well. i will end this by saying i'm so excited and i just can't hide and i know i know i want to i want to. hehe
