Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.

I found the best maternity bra ladies! I bought the expensive
One at motherhood and though I am a big fan
Of motherhood I am not crazy about their bra's. I had my first child 10 years ago. About 3 years after he was born I decided to get breast augmentation. I just couldn't find a comfortable bra. Sports bras weren't even comfortable. I went to bed bath and beyond today looking for a travel pillow cause I'm taking a business trip next week. Anyhow, I saw these box of bras hanging on the wall. "The Genie Bra". Two come in a box for 19.99. I thought why not, the price is great and if I don't like them I will just return them. Ladies, the bra is soooooooo comfortable!!!!!!!!!!! It's supportive and gives you a nice shape without feeling like your binded with duck tape! I wanted to share my find, because nothing makes me happy then when my girls are comfy!

Be kind to yourself,
M~

I'm wearing a genie bra right now. They are comfortable. The only issue I have is that eventually my boobs mush together in the center. I have the same issue with sports bras too. My breasts are just too soft and don't stay seperated in the genie bra but my regular bras were killing me so these at least are comfortable. Not the best shape for me but not bad either. If you have a firmer chest it likely won't be an issue at all and talk about cheap 2 for 20 :)

Im sorry to hear that the shape isn't the best for you. Hopefully it's still a food option for you. Hopefully you can at least get some comfort when your sleeping at night. I also agree the price just can't be beat. Hope it works for you lank!

I'm still wearing them even if they aren't the most flattering for me. Comfort for me right now is essential. I think everyone should give them a try.

I'll have to check them out. My boobs aren't really firm either, more squishy so i'm sure i'll have the same issue as 2020GOAL, but maybe they'll work when nursing since boobs firm up w/ milk :) lol

Thanks for the advice. I saw those but didn't think it was suitable. Now I have a reason to use the 20% coupon

I'm jealous. They sound great, but they don't offer anything close to my size (32E & growing). It might be something I can try after breastfeeding though. I did notice a deal on their site for buy 3 get 3 free today, for those who already love them.

Operation: Poppyseed is proceeding well.

Yikes! No E's...oh well. I guess it doesn't matter if I can nurse in them or not, then, since I'm also a DD/E now (but hopefully not growing any larger).

Thank you ladies for the great info, I saw these at bed bath and beyond and I wanted to give them a try but since im only 19 weeks I dont know if i should get a bigger size so it could fit me later on in my pregnancy. And the size chart doesnt really help much because im a size 2 in shirts but im a 34c bra size (pre-pregnancy, now they dont really fit haha) Maybe I should give the Medium a try?

Good to know! I honestly don't have time to do much shopping, so I haven't seen these.

For me, this pregnancy I've gone from a C to a DD. I decided to splurge on a Victoria's Secret bra and have LOVED it!

The 'Body by Victoria Perfect Coverage' provides the support needed, is comfortable, AND hides the embarrassingly firm ... Ok, I'll just say it - nipples.
