Pup in a cup! kind of a spin off of chili dogs minus the mess. You deconstruct in a bowl. Delish!

Ooh, we are having a very simple meal tonight, but one of my favorites: Apples, assorted fancy cheeses, crackers, cucumbers, and bacon (for my DH). It is fun to try the different cheeses and very filling.

Oh FOOD! i love cooking and eating he he, for dinner i am making a food called "Chilaquiles" it is a Mexican dish of corn tortillas sliced up in strips and lightly fried....w. tomato based sauced and cheese, sour cream and avocado on top, with some pinto beans freshly made on the side...and a egg to accompany it.

Yes, I'm the bad one - McDonalds! DD had Girl Scouts till 6 and DH is away on business and it was the closest thing with a drive through. I am off from work now for 11 days so I'll have time to cook!
