hie.....ask me. Mia moved so less when I was pregnant. She would usually move a little in the evening or when i listened to music. Sometimes I felt no movement for 48 hrs or so. I would get so scared. Friends told me a couple of things, like to oinch a little on the tummy or to have ice cold water. I did that once or twice. At times I would really get worried since I was 37 then.
Mia is so active now. She almost 18 weeks old !
I agree, every woman and pregnancy is different.Mia slept most of the times. Ask your dr. Also trust yourself and your hubby and tell God that you are going to have a healthy baby and that nothing can go wrong. Love and blessings !

I am 15 weeks and felt my baby for the first time over the weekend. This is my 3rd pregnancy so I don't remember feeling anything this early with my other two. Since then, I haven't felt much, just flutters.

My baby started moving at 18 weeks and since then the kicks have definitely gotten stronger. If I haven't felt a kick in a while, I usually can get a kick either by drinking water or for some reason watching TV. I don't know why but I always get the hardest kicks when I'm watching something lol.

I am 24 weeks and still have not felt baby move regularly. The doctor said it was due to the fact that my uterus leans more towards my spine then my tummy (or backwards).

Just last week i discovered that when I lay down on my back and talk to my baby I feel a random kick,

but as the other ladies said if you are really concerned talk to your doctor.

I started feeling my baby girl move around 16 weeks but not regularly until several weeks later. I've definitely noticed that there are less active and more active periods. I try to make sure there's some movement at least daily. If not, I drink a large cup of water and that gets her moving...just momma checking on her to make sure she's doing ok! :)

I felt my son moving around very early on - 14 weeks. I'm anxious to see if I'll feel the next so early on.

This is my first pregnancy and this baby girl moves quite a bit! I love it!! I started feeling her move regularly around week 18, and am now at week 28. She still moves regularly, and I can't help but smile every time she does it randomly. :)

I started feeling baby move this pregnancy around 14 weeks but very light taps and never a regular time or pattern. I am now in week 20 - 21 and feel her regularly. She gets mad when I lean up against something with my belly, I lean against the sink while doing my make up and she kicks like crazy! In the morning if I take too long to eat she starts doing karate. And at night she play softer when I am going to sleep. I also feel her through out the work day when I am standing still which isn't to often. I work at a face pace restaurant so I am usually all over the place and don't pay close enough attention to baby kicks. When I worried around 18- 19 weeks about not being able to feel her regularly I noticed when I had something sweet like chocolate she would get going shortly after....... like now I just had some plain oatmeal sweetened with peanut butter, bananas, blueberries and splenda and she is going to town as we speak......

I'm 20 weeks along and I felt her move for the first time 2 weeks ago. It was in response to me drinking Ensure! After that, she responded to mango. Now its whenever she wants LOL. My DH was able to feel her last week while lying in bed. I can only hope that her recent responses are not due to her being uncomfortable-I was pretty stressed earlier this week.

From 16-23 weeks, I would really need to concentrate to feel the movements, which were so light that others would often miss them (other than my Mom, of course, who could recognize).

I think it was about week 23-24 (I'm currently in week 30) when I could make out Baby's distinct patterns and recognize 'normal' activity times.

Mine seems to go by a 2-day pattern rather than daily and VERY busy at night!

Im 28 weeks with my 2nd. Im having a girl.. unlike my first, with my son i felt him move all the time. It sometimes worries me cuz i dont feel her move as much as he did. My doctor assures me everything is fine. I do feel movements every now and then throughout the day or late at night. Guess my son is a hard act to follow. lol :)

Im 32 weeks 3 days right now with my 3rd. I felt her move daily since week 14 and it feels like shes doing gymnastics still when there isnt much room left in there it actually feels uncomfortable and sometimes hurts because she gets so high under my ribs too. They say its a 3rd pregnancy thing to feel movement sooner along with everything else a lot sooner. They also say as you get further a long they start moving less because of the room in there but honestly i have 53 days till my duedate and somedays it feels like she moves more from being uncomfortable or something lol.

I actually didn't start noticing regular movements until about week 23. On some days the baby is moving all day, and on others, she barely moves at all. My doctor assured me that just like us, babies have active, and less active days.

Thanks for your input..yesterday i felt a random kick while sitting down and resting but it was only one...I am hoping the oddness of movement is because I have a tilted uterus and baby is more towards back then front but just knowing she moved yesterday makes me happy she is still there! lol

i USUALLY START FEELING MOVEMENT BETWEEN 16 AND 18 WEEKS. Anytime I was concerned b/c I wasn't feeling movement for awhile, I would go take a bath and actually focus on trying to feel baby. I'm not sure what the time frame is, but there should be some movement every few minutes. Soaking in the tub, reclined, always got my kiddos moving. But if you just started feeling baby last week, it just may not be super noticeable yet. If you remain concerned, or can't feel baby move, give your doc a call.

I am almost 18 weeks pregnant and last week on the first and second of march I felt such strong baby movement that it was no mistaking that it was baby. It lasted at least 5 minutes and was distinctly baby. (This is my 3rd pregnancy).
But since those day I haven't felt baby move like that and I think I have only felt random bubbles and not totally sure if it was baby or not.
Should i be concerned?
When did you guys start feeling movement regularly?
