"You might find this information helpful as you seek to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight: Post-Pregnancy Exercises and Post Pregnancy Fitness Articles" -- TANYA_BABYFIT - 5/17/2012 2:17:29 PM
"I wish this website spent more time discussing fitness after giving birth. I have a 2mo old and am very anxious to get back to my pre pregnancy body. I recently started back to the gym doing resistance training & have been running for 2 weeks now. I'm up to 3 miles.. slow but I'm getting there. For a babyfit website I thought that would be more of a focus..." -- BABYGISH - 5/17/2012 1:49:12 PM
"A double stroller is awesome for 2 kids, my husband bought mine at a rummage sale for $10 and I have used it everyday since I took my baby home from the hospital." -- SCHOLLIN - 4/27/2010 8:56:56 AM
"My child is 4 months old and doesn't really have a nap schedule (except to sleep on me after nursing). So I throw him in the stroller after he's eaten and he usually goes to sleep while I'm outside walking and I even bring the dog! Now I'm not sure how that will work when and if we have a second child. Walking definitely puts me in a better mood and I feel more energized (now that exercise is a routine). Besides it's something for "ME" in a day filled with baby demands and husband requests." -- LNGSUN - 3/29/2010 10:05:25 PM
"It would be really great to have some detailed photos or demos of how to do exercises that use your baby as resistance for those of us who are new to these types of exercises!" -- CIRCUSWITCH - 3/9/2010 5:29:38 PM
"You have to make time to exercise, start slow, and build up. Once you get into a good routine (and your baby is in a routine), it's not hard at all!" -- SHAYMARIE - 11/18/2009 3:20:11 PM
"it sounds nice to be able to exercise after you've had your baby but who has the energy or the time." -- ERINCO1382 - 8/19/2009 9:55:13 AM
