Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.

"Oh I ALWAYS thought store bought eggnog was the GREATEST every year. until I made homemade eggnog one year. OHHH! Wonderful! I make a non-alcoholic version with rum extract, too. It is sooo great. "I am glad I read this I didn't know that eggnog could be deadly to me and my unborn child. Great info because I love eggnog during the holidays but I do find that Turkey Hill is the best but I will be checking out the label for now on!!!!!
