"I used amazing downloads from www.positive-birth.com which took me into a deep relaxation - fabulous! My midwife couldn't believe how relaxed I was and listening to these amazing tracks really made my pregancy and birth easy and comfortable, pretty well pain free in fact! I started with the free download but you need to take 2 or 3 tracks and listen regularly. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did." -- BIBIBABY123 - 7/22/2010 4:33:53 AM

"THIS INFORMATION IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT BECAUSE MOST TIMES DUE TO LIFE WE WOMEN FORGET THAT PREGNANCY IS A DELICATE TIME FOR OUR BODIES. IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO TRY TO CREATE A CALMING PLACE WITHIN YOURSELF. NO MATTER HOW LONG OR SHORT OF TIME YOU USE....MAKE SURE YOU USE SOME FORM OF MEDITATION SO YOU AND YOUR UNBORN ARE HAPPY. :)" -- DENA1986 - 1/18/2010 10:12:17 AM

"I place meditation CD's to sleep and when I do these allow me to have a much better sleep. For my last child I tried Hipnobirthing. It's not actual hipnosis but a lot of methods for positive thinking and to gain strength. I recommend it." -- GMATAMOR - 7/22/2009 11:40:07 AM

"I loved the Journey of the Heart Series at anjionline.com. They have CDs for each month of pregnancy plus delivery and breastfeeding and the guided meditations tell you how the baby is developing and what to visualize...it was the best thing I did when I was pregnant!" -- MWORK1877 - 7/13/2009 11:14:28 AM

"This is a great article. Too often we get caught up in our day to day responsibilities we tend to forget about taking a few minutes for ourselves. Then once we finally do, it's so refreshing, we wonder why we don't do it more often. I will make more of an effort to relax and meditate everyday." -- BABYTYRREL - 1/25/2009 12:59:39 PM

"Yes, I agree this article was very helpful. Sometimes I find myself tensing up while driving or at work and these tips will help me calm myself. When I tense up I think of the baby and what that stress is doing to him, then i try my hardest to calm down because I want the very best for him." -- MELIS_20 - 7/22/2006 3:43:53 PM

"I completely agree with relaxation and meditation. I am a childbirth educator for HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method. This program gives you the right information about pregnancy and what to expect from your caregivers but it gives you the confidence that you are able to birth naturally and relaxed. My mothers and birth partners feel very confident after taking their classes. They give birth to their babies and they have given me positive feedback. Also, when doing relaxation, the baby is very calm. They also learn how to give themselves a 5-10 hour sleep in 30 minutes - and this is a useful tool during feedings in the middle of the night. Research through www.hypnobirthing.com for the nearest educator in your area." -- FRANCE_HBDOULA - 7/22/2006 12:47:51 PM

"There's so much to say about relaxation and meditation during pregnancy! A good start, but I certainly would not recommend "The Baby Whisperer" book." -- SPIRITMAMA - 2/22/2006 10:31:19 AM
