"Very encouraging article. I felt I was the only one that didn't bounce back to shape 2 weeks after giving birth. I've tried the suggestions and they work! I'm still in between pregnancy and pre-pregnancy sizes, but at least I feel like my own person again." -- 1MORE2LOVE - 4/22/2012 3:26:43 PM

"I really like this article. I just wished I had seen it earlier. I just gave birth to twins and I have an array of tops from size 12 to size 22 which I had to wear during my pregnancy. Also I have loads of pregnancy clothes which arew much to big. My twins are now 5 months and I exlcusively breast fed them so1) I lost wieght quite quickly after birth but still had a bit of a bump above my belly button because of diverification and 2) I had large breast that didn't fit into to the tops properly or were OK in the morning or jumping out of the tops if I left my babies for a period of three hours. SO getting the right clothes was quite a challenge. I also seem to have settled in on a size which I don't have tops for (size 14) so more shopping has to be done. But by and by things are settling down now. So to all of you out there this phase will also pass." -- ADZOKOTO - 10/19/2011 8:46:51 AM

"I wish I would of saw this article earlier. My son is two months old, and I'm still in between maturnity and pre-pregnancy clothes. With my daughter I don't remember feeling this down about the weight and not really fitting into clothes so much. But since my son, I have been really down. But now I know that I will have to go shopping, Thanks for the advice." -- BRIGHTLEY - 2/8/2011 2:12:53 PM

"I'm so glad this article is written and wished I read this earlier. I was so depressed for my first three to four months after my pregnancy. My friends who were also pregnant at the sametime as me all bounced back so quickly. It helped a little to go shopping for a few new clothes and I'd try to make myself up to feel better about myself. In addition to making myself and my baby feel better, I think it also helped make my husband feel better too. Nothing he said would make me feel better about myself because I didn't see it in the mirror, nor did I feel it. But the more I took care of myself, the more I was happy and everyone else in the family. Thanks for this article!" -- CEESHORTY - 4/23/2010 7:54:46 PM

"This is a wonderful article! My baby is almost two months and I was having a really hard time with the extra weight. I was really discouraged when my "old" jeans didn't even go past my hips. I felt horrible. Not to mention, a friend of mine just had her baby and has dropped almost all of her prego weight in one month! This article helped me to remember that everyone is different and its ok. thanks." -- MELANIEBABY - 4/22/2010 5:09:53 PM

"Fantastic article! Being pregnant a second time, these advice points hit the nail on the head as to how to deal with our new bodies post partum. Wish I would have had this after the delivery of my first daughter! :)" -- MANGO1417 - 4/22/2010 9:27:44 AM

"I found this article helpful. With my first daughter because I was 20 I automatically thought my body would go right back to its previous look, but was I ever wrong. By the time I started to change things and exercise ( almost 3 years later) what do my husband and I do but get pregnant again! Just when I was starting to really lose the weight. But I'm 29 weeks and I've gained about 13lbs so I'm just thinking positive and I have more motivation and determination than ever before. I'm shocked that I can still wear my pre-pregnancy jeans with lose or maternity tops but I am going to continue to be active during and after this pregnancy. :-)" -- DENA1986 - 4/22/2010 8:18:03 AM

"I absolutely loved this article. Oh how true it is! My baby is 4 months old already, and despite not being able to wear my "old" clothes just yet, some in the mean time shopping has been helpful. It's nice to update the old wardrobe every few months and gosh dang it I DESERVE IT!" -- LNGSUN - 3/29/2010 9:56:46 PM

"Patterned tops also help to disguise the post-baby belly. Stay away from the maternity looking/baby doll style tops. An older lady walked up to me, patted my belly, and asked me when I was due; nevermind the infant in the carseat." -- CATESMOM05 - 3/29/2010 8:21:13 AM
