How much milk should I drink now that I am pregnant? |

The goal is to get 1,000 milligrams of calcium daily. Three to four servings of dairy per day will allow you to meet this requirement. Three of the top calcium-rich dairy foods are fruited yogurt (345 mg per 8 oz serving), milk (300 mg per 8 oz serving), and cheese (200 mg per 1 oz serving). For those that have difficulty drinking milk, many calcium-fortified juices contain the same amount of calcium per cup as milk.
