I suffered from morning sickness and was not able to eat. I lost weight, but now I am feeling better and am ready to start eating again. Should I continue to eat the same calorie level as before or should I make an adjustment? |

Initially, you should make an adjustment. Your body needs to recover from the illness and recapture needed nutrients. Eat until you are full, using a healthy diet as your guide.
