I do! I'm 22 weeks, and I notice when I don't take my 1/2 tab unisom w. vitamin b12 (or 6?). Puts me right to sleep, but I'm always able to function the next day and can get up in the middle of the night when 16 month old DS needs me.

I took it to help with sleep only. It worked for me, but it made me feel like a zombie the next day. If you're sleeping, than you won't know if your nauseous LOL

I tried it, but it didn't do much. I took it in combination with a vitamin that had extra B12 in it. But then I had Hyperemesis - so the only thing that helped was Zofran. Thank God for Zofran. Hope it helps you.

I took it for that and try to help me sleep at night but unfortunely it didnt help with either.
