The madela micro steam bags. I now steam the breast shields/flanges at work at the end of the day and don't have to haul them back and forth. I also steam the bottles at night after I fill up the bottles. Love them!

The one thing I cannot do without is my nipple shield.

For pumping...rubberbands (kellymom's handfree pumping)
My boppy and I have a throw pillow behind my back for extra support too. Couldn't live without it, my poor back was all out of whack for awhile until I figured out teh throw pillow thing (ok, I didn't figure that out, my sis showed me) For pumping, thank God for bigger flanges, but I also love the steam and clean bags and the wipes.

I LOVE my nursing bras and shirts. It makes nursing in with others around so much easier and I don't have to show my flabby belly.
Son, Trei Alexander, 2/16/96, 8lbs 9.5oz & 21.5" long, completely drug free
Daughter, Kyra Lillian, 11/29/07, 8lbs 11oz & 22.5" long, needed Pitocin to get contractions going after water broke, but otherwise drug free

My DD was a spitter when she nursed and I hated when she would spit on my bra when she stopped nursing. I had a bunch of washcloths - the thin type that you can get 12 for $3 or that the dollar stores sell. I tuck one in my bra and if my LO spits it lands on the cloth instead of the bra. It saved me many times when I was waiting for my other nursing bras to dry after being washed.
Also liked my Maya Wrap for nursing in public. I'm 5' 3" and have a medium. The tail covers everything.

The BABY, lol
All joking aside, mine is the homemade pumping bra I fashioned by cutting small holes in a regular bra. It's lasted all through the last baby and now I'm using it again!

I was just wondering what everybody's favorite accessories were for either pumping or nursing.
For pumping I love the steam and clean bags.
I'm still trying to figure out if I am missing something to make nursing in public easier/ more comfortable. I don't even like to think about needing to nurse in public; I get so anxious about it.
