Drink tons of water- it will help reduce the swelling.
I can't stand on my feet longer than 5 minutes before the start to itch, swell, and turn red. Let me tell you- that's a pain when you are trying to clean. Thank goodness I only have 3.5 more weeks of this at the most!

My poor feet, they look like two stuffed sausages and now they are getting painful. Dr. says BP is fine to cut out the salt which I have but its still no help.

I was having the same problems the last few weeks. But now they are pretty much back to normal. I'm not sure what I did, but I'm loving it!!! I know that laying down during the day helps a lot....its only the weekends that I get to do this. So by Friday night my feet are huge again. "This too will pass"

Mine look like that too, and no matter how much they are rubbed they puff back up in minutes. I don't get it! The swelling will go down when they are rubbed, (really wierd, but if you miss a spot, that spot will stay puffy while the rest goes back to normal), then 2 minutes later they are huge again. You can be Fred and I will be Barney Rubble. Yabba Dabba Doooooo It's almost over!

THIS IS SO FUNNY I HAVE ALWAYS HAD FLAT CHUBBY FEET THAT ALL MY FRIENDS REFER TO AS FRED FLINSTONE FEET. I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL. WHAT HELPS ME IS TO PUT PEPPERMINT LOTION OR OIL ON THEM, PUT ON TIGHT SOCK AND PROP THEM UP! THAT PULLS SOME OF THE SWELLING OFF. MY FOOT HAS GONE UP A SIZE SINCE BEING PREGNANT! i ALWAYS WORK A SIZE 7 RIGHT NOW I WEAR AN EIGHT! I GAVE UP ON CUTE SANDALS UNTIL AFTER THE BABY :) AS FOR YOUR HUBBY GUILT HIM AND TELL HIM THAT YOU ARE HAVING TO DO TO MUCH AND THAT IS WHY YOUR FEET ARE SWELLING :) I WISH MY HUBBY COULD BE 9 MONTHS PREGNANT FOR AT LEAST A DAY, MAYBE THEN THE SMARTY PANTS COMMENTS WOULD STOP GOOD LUCK AND LOVE THOSE FREDDY FEET

my feet are getting grosser and grosser!
my hubby calls them fred flintstone feet or mannequin feet.
the swelling does not go down when i keep them elevated and they hurt like crazy when i try to flex my toes.
it is so ugly and i showed my doc, and she said its fine cause my blood pressure is absolutly normal. i just need to rest more!
ERGH, they are so ugly and gross and my sandals barel fit anymore. my hubby will joke with me and say things like get your shoes off the couch, or why dont you take your shoes off. he's such a smart ass!
i just wanted to vent! does anyone else have this problem and what do you do?
