Yes...it actually dries to a powdery finish. One night DH was rubbing my feet and picked that up by accident instead of lotion. When it dried, there was actually white powdery material around my cuticles. Its a gel to powder product.

I agree...this stuff is really nice! I've been using it on my 3 year old's feet b/c, even at that tender young age...they're stinky and sweaty! LOL They've been helping keep his feet drier and skin from being irritated (he's very sensitive)

i jsut got some from a friend and really love it. goes on like lotion but will dry with that sweet powder feel. i know many moms are worried about powder so this is a great option. i really love usingit on my summer babies and it seems ot work well in diapers too so we'll be using this alot! liz
