I hear you, I've been having bad headache almost everyday too including migrain. I use tylenol when I get the migrain up to 6 tab of 500 mg. In addition I use an ice mask on my eyes & forhead. and ice pack on my neck which help sometime. I try to sleep couple hours if I can which I did yesterday & today b/c of the bad headache I'm getting. Trying to avoid your headache trigger i.e too much sun, T.V, reading, cheese, chocolate...etc.
As how safe the Tylnol on the baby here is some infor in the below link:

Oh I hate Migranes!!! I am so sorry that you have had to deal with this during your PG. I can count my self lucky I have only had one since being PG. But I feel your pain. My Dr told me that I could not take more than 500 MG of Tylenol at a time, and if possible to only have this once per day.
Do you have a neighbor or friend who could watch your 10 MO old for a little bit. Because if you are like me that 500 MG does little to nothing. So the only thing I can do is lock myself in the bedroom with the blinds closed and an ice pack on my head. Get as much sleep as you can. I noticed that my Migraine was triggered by sudden bright light, so I always make sure I am wearing my sunglasses when sun is possible, and unfortunately I spend a lot of time inside so I don't have the risk for so much sun exposure.
My friend would get a lot of Massages while PG to keep her headaches away, so you may try that out too... Especially if you get someone who does a good cranial massage!
I am not a lot of help for you, but hopefully something will help you out.
Good luck!

I take 2 500 mlg tylonol for my head aches about 2 - 3 times a day. i get migranes. I recently heard that if u take too many tylonols your baby can have kidney problems. AM i taking too many any tips on how to get rid of a head ache? w/o meds...also i have a bad cavity that adds to the pain. I also barly have time to lay down with a 10 month old running around. I would luv some tips on how i can use different methods. Thanx
