Everyone starts to show at different points in thier pregnancy. People started to notice my little belly poking out when I was 8 weeks. I am a very petite girl and I thought "Oh great...I am goiong to be huge if I am showing already!" I started showing early on and then it kind of felt like I wasn't growing anymore for a while. Now that I am in my third trimester, it feels like I get bigger everyday!! I have not gained weight anywhere but my belly...my doctor tells me that I am ALL baby when she sees me!! So everyone is different during thier pregnancies in regard to weight gain and when they start to show or start to feel the baby. :)

Hey Deanna! Me too. I am just 7 weeks and the other day my hubby told me I was beginning to look more pregnant. I was like no way and it is so. We have only seen one baby. I am not small or that big anyway. But I swear you can tell, all I have to do is stand sideways. LOL YOu will be ok just check with your Dr. and see what he thinks. Good-Luck!

My mother, husband and a coworker have told me I am already showing and I am only 8 1/2 weeks.
My mom told me she showed early with all 3 kids. I am worried because I am already overweight. Two of my friends think it could be twins (even though we have only seen one fetus and heard one heartbeat).

Me too! I feel like I'm on my period...but, way worse. I am trying to drink a lot of water, to see if that helps. I also read that eating watermellon can help. It's a natural diaretic. I am only 6 weeks in (I think...hasn't been confirmed EXACTLY how far I am yet) and was so relieved to find out that I was pregnant...my underwear is even tight! I had to go searching through my drawer to find a looser pair LOL!

I have IBS and about 2 wks after conception started to bloat. Was constipated first 3 months (then mc). Couldn't wear my own clothes after 2 months as stomach too distended. Suggest yoga, water, stretching, walking, prune juice and apricots.

My regular pants were too tight very early on and I was actually wearing maternity pants by 9-10 weeks. I did IVF and had very high progesterone levels though. The doctor said that progesterone is essentially a muscle relaxer. As soon as I got pregnant, I couldn't hold in my stomach any more so what I used to be able to suck in and tuck in just stuck out! LOL I was so happy to be pregnant, I really didn't mind except that I didn't want to tell everyone that soon because of a past miscarriage. I finally "came out" at about 10 weeks. I think everyone and every pregnancy is different. As long as the doctor isn't alarmed, neither am I. Incidentally, as early as I showed, I'm now 33 weeks and measuring exactly average.

Alexis Danielle joined us on Monday, August 28th at 10:16 p.m. She weighed 8 lbs. 3 oz. and was 20.5 inches long. She is a beautiful blessing.

I didn't start to show with my boys until around 4 to 5 mths. I seem to be showing. My jeans and shorts and capris are getting snug. Is it to soon? Has anyone else done this?
