Really? HAMMOND.ARBON, you tried Ephedrine P57? So, it didn't work for you huh? That's interesting. Well, I was a little bit weary about getting back on diet pills anyway. It's been at least 3 years since I've taken diet pills. I'm really going to try and stick to a weight loss plan through healthy eating and exercising. It's so hard to find the motivation and the time though :(
I pulled out my Windsor Pilate DVD's and started this evening. I'm gonna try and make that a ritual every night! So, I guess that's a start!!

I actually have tried that exact diet pill and it didn't work for me. I actually ended up gaining more weight. If you really want to know it wasn't like the old stuff either. I used to take those before I had kids. Those ones had enormous amounts of ephedrine in them which caused the appetite suppressent. I always got shakey and jumpy when I took them. I didn't even need them back then, but always thought I was fat even though I was perfect weight for my height. Now I know that exercise and diet are the only way. Before I got pregnant I exercise for 6 months and ate awesome and lost 20 lbs. so it will come off in time - you need to give it that time though. You didn't put the weight on over night - it won't come off over night either.

Liz, I can totally understand and apprecite feeling like you have tried everything the normal way. What I was trying to say is that the normal loss of muscle as we age does slow our metabolism and make it harder to keep off unwanted pounds. It's inevitable unless you choose to weight lift that you have to diet harder and excerise more as we will all continue to loose muscle as we age.
This starts at age 25, whether or not you had children.
I'm not speaking as anyone who knows more then you, just another mom struggling with her weight but doing it the slow steady way so I know it will stay off (without additiional risk to my safety) even if I sometimes get impatient with the time it's taking.
I've gained over 50lbs with each of my pregnancies so I really do understand.

I'd say unless your doc prescribes something, dont' take ANYTHING. Ephedra is SO dangerous. It doesn't matter if you're skinny if your heart explodes in your chest. Your body is going to change after having 3 babies, it's just a fact of life. I'm sure your kids would like you a little softer around the edges and there and healthy.
Believe me, though, I understand how it feels to start to get desperate.

Liz, the old stand bys of diet and excerise are the keys to long term success. Now that you've had three children it will take more then before, because women loose muscle as we age (and bear babies). I'd ventrue to suggest if you got on board with a weight training routine with real weight and stuck with it those pounds would be gone before you knew it.
You are resonable and already know what we will all tell you: those drugs were pulled for a reason. Sure, you can get them online..you can get ANYTHING online!! It isn't worth the risk of damaging yourself in some way and making yuo unable to be there to care for all the babies.

Hi All,
So, I'm trying to lose some weight and a couple of years ago I used a diet pill called Hydroxycut and it worked like a charm. The pill contained the herb Ephedra and it helped me lose 50 lbs. Of course as most of you probably know, they took this diet pill and all others that contained Ephedra off the market. I know there have been many different side effects both good and bad that have come from the use of this herb. I used this diet pill for about a year, every 3 months on then 2 weeks off and never had any bad side effects and it did help me lose weight.
WELL, since then I've had twins and am wanting my body back. I'm not looking to lose the same amount as last time because I have been able to get back within 10 lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight. I'd like to lose about 20 lbs. though. Honestly I have tried everything without the use of this diet pill and the weight will just not come off. Since it's not available in stores I started to look online to see if there are any diet pills out there that will give me results. I came across a pill called Ephedrine P57, which uses the herb Ehedrine and Hoodia. The website is www.ephedrinep57.com
Has anyone ever heard of this diet pill? Does it work? Is it a scam? Just curious. At this point I'm willing to try anything!
