I told my hubby that I might make him read it and tell me what it's about. lol I read the reviews on amazon and I'm worried about some of the stuff. I don't handle innocent people getting hurt very well! But, I'm going to try it!
(In school, if we had to read a story about an animal, my mom would read it and do my homework. She'd tell me enough that I could pass the test. I'm really sensitive about animals, so I don't read or watch anything with animals as main characters! lol)

I've read some Dean Koontz, and some I liked some I didn't. I thought the Odd Thomas ones were great - I'm hoping this one is good!
Good choice! :)

I dont even know what Vanilla Sky was about! I watched it, forced myself, and never did figure it out.
I agree that it was a waste!

I don't care how he talks heck he doesn't even have to talk i just need to be able to look at him! lol
yeah, i thought i'd love elizabethtown because of him. i couldn't stand it. i couldn't stand his american accent. he did a good job with it - it was just too weird for him to be talking like that!

I had to go grocery shopping tonight and low and behold in the little book section was the book in paperback and it was on sale 20% off.
I like the Odd Thomas series, but I haven't read much more from him.. I was just looking at books today but didn't get one.. I hope I get it before then so I can participate.

My hubby reads Dean Koontz books, but I've never read them. Not exactly my cup of tea, but I'll try it!

Just a warning here. A) I have NOT read the book B) I haven't read anything by this author. It was #1 on the NY Time list so I figure 8 gazillion people can't be wrong (well... there was Vanilla Sky so I don't always trust the masses)
