You can use a drop or two of isopropyl alcohol, and then put a heating pad over the affected ear.

My 5 year old has an ear ache and I know its from swimming. I need some suggestions, that do not include antibiotics. Any home remedies, for the pain while it clears its self up??

Thanks!!
