I think I am losing my mind, lost stuff

I tore the house apart yesterday cleaning and looking for stuff (my DH doesn't understand that everything has a home either). I guess I will just buy a few more and pack them away with the Christmas decorations next year.

Cupboard under the kitchen sink? under the stairs? Bottom/top shelf of the bedroom closet? Under the bed in the spare bedroom? Just trying to think of all the places where we stash stuff!

Ugh - that's frustrating!!! I do the same thing all the time. It doesn't help that DH often doesn't understand that I have 'homes' for everything. lol

Nope, I pulled all the Christmas stuff down from the attic last night. I searched the basement this morning. I know they will turn up when we go to do something else. By then, they will probably be dry-rotted or something. I will just have to head to WalMart or something tomorrow. Bugs me the most b/c I can see the box and all the neatly wrapped cords in my head.

I can't for the life of me figure out where the extension cords are. Since we moved here, we have only needed them for times like Christmas. I put them away last year and have looked everywhere for them. I am stumped. So, it's back out to the store to fight the holiday crowds. I will find them sometime in Feb and have so many cords I won't know what to do.
