Nook vs Kindle - opinions?

I have both the Nook and Kindle apps on my iphone, and I usually check both Amazon and B&N for books to see who has the better price. It seems like Amazon has a bigger selection, and will have deals on books for like $1. I'm pretty sure the Kindle has sharing capabilities - if you go to Amazon.com, the home page shows all the ways you can read your book after you download it - PC, Mac, Kindle, iPhone, etc.

The nook has book sharing capabilities. Does the kindle? Books-A-Million is going to be (or already is) selling the Nook as well as B&N (b/c BAM is making $ while B&N isn't...) What are opinions. Does anyone have a Nook instead of the Kindle?
