I prefer Caden for sure. Though I think that it would sound better with a 1 or 3 syllable middle name. I read something a while ago that said that the names that flow the best have a 1, 2, & 3 syllable name in them. So since your last name is 1 syllable, and the first name is 2, you should add a 3 syllable name. It really does work most of the time when you think about it, though there are exceptions to that!

I'm a little wary of alliteration in names, so Avery Arthur App might be a few too many A's--I do like Avery, though, it's very posh-sounding. I prefer Caden Conrad with your surname, though.

I think you need to pick a name with a one syylabol middle name like the others. I like Caden over Avery. Avery to me sounds fem.
