Back in the saddle?

I had a m/c in February of last year, and my doctor told me that we could try again whenever we were ready. We weren't going to try again for a while because it devastated both me and my husband, but I ended up getting pregnant 2 months later after our first time since the m/c. We had a healthy baby boy on December 29th! Good luck!

My doctor initially said to wait two cycles and then try again after the second period. I was not happy with that so I talked to him more. He said that the thought behind two cycles is that is proof that "everything is back to normal." I asked what the medical reason is for waiting and that was his answer. He gave me the go ahead for after the first period. However, I didn't really like that either. My FEELING is that if conception occurs before the first period that the biggest problem would be successful implantation. I had a missed m/c with d&c on March 18. On April 11 I got an OPK +. We had BD'd the night before. I refused to use protection because I am a happily married woman who wants a baby. So, I think I am in the 2ww.
My thoughts go out to you. This has been one of the hardest things I have been through. Some days I still find myself in tears over the loss of our LO.

I just miscarried exactly one week ago at 11 weeks. I'm hoping to try again but don't know how soon is safe...what are your feelings about this?

Yesterday was 25 days since my missed m/c and the d&c. The monitor said low fertility but because of a hunch and feeling like I might be ovulating I did an OPK stick in the afternoon and sure enough I got a smiley face. So, I wonder if I really ovulated? That would mean first AF would be about 2 weeks from now, right? Unless...we did BD without protection night before, I didn't really think I would O anytime soon.
So I feel that I have a starting point for getting back in the TTC game.
