Bleited Ovum

My husband and I are pregnant for the first time. It happened really quickly and seemed to good to be true. We went in last Wed. for our first ultrasound at about 7.5 weeks and saw the gestational sac but no sign of baby. I've had blood work done twice thus far and haven't heard back. The Dr. told me that he thinks it's a miscarriage(bleited ovum) My uterus is titled back and supposedly makes it harder to find the baby sometimes. I go back to the Doctor tomorrow. I don't know what to think. I still have all symptoms of pregnancy. I went from grieving a loss to still having hope. Anyone else going through this?
