thanks for the responses/suggestions. I am going to call the doctor soon to see what's up. I hear what you are saying about how the body needs to relearn what to do--I am out of whack!! I've been trying to exercise and eat right which help the first month after, but all of a sudden I got very hormonal, and now I feel blahh!! Sorry sounds confusing!!

Anyway thanks

Stacie

After you have a mc your body needs to relearn what to do, just like when you were a teenager. You may feel very hormonal for awhile.

I still didn't feel great after I had mine and they did a blood hcg test to make sure it had all cleared up.

It could be possible, my hormones regulated after my m/c, maybe go see your doctor. It could be just nerves too that causing you to loose sleep, I go thru stages(weeks/months) like that sometimes, try eliminating stress as much as possible before you go to bed, I also find that working out in the am is helping me sleep at night.

Hey everyone!

I am going on 2 months post d&c this week and of course had my ups and downs getting to this point. My question is this--I basically don't feel like myself. During the day I am completely exausted/run down...But when I rest at night I have a hard time sleeping. I just feel so blahhh. Is it that my hormones have dropped to normal? Or could there possibly a dip in something that's making me feel this way?? I've been feeling like AF is coming for some time now, but nothing yet...And I did take pg tests all neg, but I really don't feel pg...Honestly I feel more run down than when I did when I was pg!!! I'm going to call the doctor anyway b/c of AF not coming so I guess I'll ask about this!!

Sorry so long!!

Stacie
