My husband is active at FLW, MO. It's a rural area. I'm happier living off post here, it's easier to get involved with the neighborhood in our town, 30 minutes off base.

DH is stationed at Camp Lejeune atm. Looks like he just got flagged for recruiting though... :(
As far as the question about where to have the baby - I had DD at the Naval Hospital on base. Very, very nice in there. I think most of it was new. The only thing is that they tend to treat you like a marine. and I am no where near tough enough for that. Haha! But you can also go to the memorial hospital which is in Jacksonville. That's where I'll be this time. They said that it was also new. As for dr's - whoever's on duty. I've never had the same dr twice at either hospital.
I also live in Hubert! (Sry I can't remember the name of the person who posted either one of those)
Baby Ava Grace is due 4/4/08 approx. First baby.

Here at Fort Brag, NC almost 19 weeks pregnant but the hubby is currently in afghanistan until september '10 he gets 15 day leave in march for the birth tho
