Absolutely! In fact, you can continue with those exercises throughout your pregnancy by using the modifications show in this video.

You can use pillows, an exercise ball propped against a wall or a wedge to raise your upper body up after your first trimester.
These are great exercises for your lower abs, and I'm glad that you're including them in your fitness routine.
