Thanks I'm back at ppw. Now I just want 5 more gone if I can. Today I got rid of a nursing session, so now we are down to only 2.

Those last 5 lbs are the most difficult to lose. Since you are close to weaning I would eat at the lower end of your calorie range, but it sounds like you may not be eating enough.

Instead of focusing on losing weight, focus on strength training to increase muscle strength and exercise.

Read How to Lose Weight While Breastfeeding for great tips and suggestions.

Hi there, I want to lose 5 more pounds to get where my weight feels best. My daughter is 18 months and nurses 3 times a day. I started counting my calories, one website said I needed 1200 calls when I entered my information. I then added 400 calories for breast feeding. I did this for a week along with exercise. I feel like it defiantly was calorie cut as there were a lot of times I wanted to eat and didn't. There was only one day I went over on my calories. At the end of the week I didn't lose a pound like the calculation said. Im disappointed and want to give up because I don't know if I should be eating 1200 - 1900 calories?? I weigh 125. Any advice on the amount of calories would be great. I do want to wean soon but for right now I am partially breast feeding.
