Of course, produce is an important part of a healthy diet and if you prefer juicing and drinking that produce that is certainly an option. You will be missing out on the fiber that the same fresh produce would provide if you ate them.
We do not recommend replacing meals with juice in any situation but especially when breastfeeding especially because you have an increased calorie and nutrient need. It would be difficult to get those nutrients from juice meals especially protein, calcium and iron.

I just recently started jucing and I love it!! I'm wanting to switch out a couple meals for juice to detox but I'm not sure how much I can do without it affecting my milk supply. And unfortunately I don't know how many calories are in a glass of juice.. Was any of you able to juice while nursing?
