I'm glad to read that you're starting an exercise program, but just wondered if you've worked up to doing the Jillian 30 day shred? If you haven't been doing a lot of exercise up to this point, you may want to start with something like the Babyfit bootcamp first. If you have worked up to starting a harder routine, then that's great, and I hope you'll keep us posted on your progress.
