First thing, have you tracked your food intake for several days to see if you are eating anywhere near enough. I suspect that you are eating several hundred calories too low to promote weight loss during breastfeeding. That would be your starting point I think. After you have tracked for 3-5 days, review the average as well as your exercise activity during that time period as well. I think you will likely find that it is simply an issue of not eating enough.

As parents you establish the teaching, training and expectations for your child in the first 7 years of their life. After that you live out what you set up.

HI, I would like to know why my I can't lose weight. I'm breastfeeding and mostly eating right, and I also try to excercise everyday by taking a walk with my kids in the morning, or by doing a workout video. I don't always have time to get my workouts in some days. But I don't know why the scale seems to keep going up instead of down? this is so frustrating.
agh!!! any advice or suggestions would be great.
thanks,
Bonnie
