I have Cox Digital Cable with ON-Demand. It has a Free Zone with exercise TV. My son was born in October of 07 & I have not been able to drop my last 10 lbs all my weight came off on its own but I knew I had to do something to get the rest off. I do the pilates work out & alternate between cardio exercises. I have lost 3 lbs this week with no dietary changes! It is a great resource. If you have the option use it!!!! It is so convenient.

with my first child, I didn't lose the weight until about a year pp. I started doing p90x from beach body. that is the only way I was able to flatten my tummy and lose my weight. the videos are an hour a day, but the time is well worth it. I just got up in the morning before my dd did or worked out while she took her nap. it is an amazing program! go to beachbody.com for more info.

This is a DVD that you may have to work up to, but it's worth having in your collection: Jillian Michael's Biggest Winner Cardio Kickbox DVD....the reason it's great post baby is that it's short and high intensity. You feel like you got a great workout in, but it's only about 25 minutes long and God knows we need all the time we can get...I LOVE it!!!

I always recommend that post c-section women start with this series of abdominal exercises to help safely strengthen their tummy. Always check with your doctor to make sure you're healed enough to do exercise.

The best "diet" is a healthy and well balanced one that provides all the key nutrients. With breastfeeding the key is to make sure you are eating enough calories so your body will use your fat reserves instead of maintaining them.

Please review the first post of this forum for all the helpful information.

As parents you establish the teaching, training and expectations for your child in the first 7 years of their life. After that you live out what you set up.

Hi, just was wondering if anyone has any leads on a good diet that is ok to do while breastfeeding? Also are there any after baby workout dvd's that you would recomend? And one more question what are some that can be done after c-section and when can they be started?
thanks,
Bonnie
