How do you get in all of your calories?

i try to eat every 2-3 hours, little meals here and there. i still haven't lost any though. i read that you should have 6 smalls meals a day while bf instead of larger meals b/c it will keep your blood sugar consistent and your metabolism going. i'm not an expert though, i just read a lot so i can start losing.

So all day all I can think about is am I nourishing my body and am I eating enough food. I am tired of thinking about food all day. I do make menu plan for the day, but it seems like I am eating all day. I am still not losing weight so I guess I am not eating enough. Just wondering how do you do it?
