has any one tried slim fast ?

my DH has used slimfast forever. he works a lot of hours, so it's good and easy for him.

if you go to their website, they help you plan a whole menu, with snacks and meals and stuff... they base it on how many calories you need, but you can adjust it for your preferences.

WITH BE A FIRST TIME MOM
I FIND MY SELF PLANING FOR EVERY THING AND IT IS VERY STRESSING AND TIRESOME
SO I THOUGHT WHAT A BETTER WAY THAN TO DRINK THE READY TO GO MEALS AND HEALTHY SNACKS IN BETWEEE FRUIT OR VEGGIES
AND THEN HAVE DINNER

Have you tried increasing your calories and tracking them like we suggested a while back? Short cuts like Slim Fast may provide short term results but in the long run it will not provide you with healthy eating habits for a life time of weight control.

i guess im willing to try it and see if ill loose these pesky 20 lbs that wont leave me alone!
