One suggestion-DVDs and videos are available free at your local library so please check your's out. It's a great way to try different exercise routines and change up your DVD frequently! Cathy

Aww thank you so much for your encouraging words it really means a lot righyt now. My SO says he will love me no matter what size I am but I know I cant so I just really need to do this for myself. Thanks again

hi there not advising you on anything, but i am just suggesting slimming world its fab you can do this all the way thru pregnancy and beyond its not evening like dieting i eat so much. also just to add it takes nine months to add on that weight and it has been proven that it takes at least double that time to lose it so dont be too hard on ya self especially as the xmas period has just gone. hope all goes better with whatever you decide and any other advice or help you want dont hesitate to contact us!
I am so excited and cant wait till baby no2 comes along!

Thank you for your reply its really helpful. I have an appointment on mon at the docs to see if theres anything wrong because the constant fatigue is draining me. I had anemia in the past so it is a good possibility that thats whats bothering me. As for the questions yes Im able to go out for walks, I dont have a mall nearby but my mom works in town so we walk into town with the stroller and visit grandma. I would love to use videos I think that would be great but right now money is really tight. I do have the gazelle I dont know if you've heard of it but I have a hard time using it when amity is around. I was walking for awhile there and thats how I lost the eight lbs I also enjoy the gym but I dont have the time or money basicly I've always just walked or speed walk. I wouldnt mind a routine I could just do at home in the living room but I just dont know where to start. I hope the info I've givin is enough I can always give more if needed I just really hope that I can get some help and get back on track. Im also going to talk to my doctor about recomending me to a nutrishonist as its free because of B.C medical. Thanks again
