Does anyone know of a website that gives a plan for lifting? I have a home gym, but not sure what to do with it. I don't know what to do and how much to lift and how often, etc...
Or can anyone share thier routines. I am 5ft 5in and 171 pounds if that helps any. I plan on doing the "couch to 5k" from coolrunings.com for the treadmill/cardio. I just need some help with the lifting part.
