The size is based on the baby's mouth size. After baby arrives, meet with a lactation consultant to help you determine the correct size.

Hi I am struggling how to chose the best size of nipple shields. I have no idea, how to do it.

I bought MAM nipples shield size 2, but I think they are too big, because is 1cm gap between my nipple and end of nipple shield.
Please help anyone if you can. Many thanks.
