That is true! I was just telling DH about a diaper service that some areas offer (I read about it on someones post today) - they will clean your diapers for you, and just trade them with clean ones. He had two concerns - first, you were using other people's diapers, and second, they wouldn't be using Melaleuca products on them! I was so proud of him of thinking of that. Now I want to find out if such a service is offered, and if I can get them hooked up with Melaleuca's products!

I have been using Melaleuca products for more than 3 1/2 years now. I love how well they clean my DD's cloth diapers. If they are soiled, I spray them with Pre-spot. I use Fuzzi Bunz and I do a prewash/soak cycle them in some solumel with a bit of Melapower. My DD has never had a rash.
Doesn't make much sense to use cloth diaper cause you want to keep chemical away from baby and then go ahead and use a detergant that's full of them(:

I use the Melapower with my Fuzzibunz, and have no problems. Both my boys (not my daughter though) reacted to the "other stuff" before I started using melaleuca's over a year ago. The melaleuca oil can cause a build up, so you have to use a lot less detergent (about 1/4 what you normally use). If you notice that it seems like the diapers are not absorbing any more, you may need to strip them... wash them over and over until the rinse cycle comes out with not suds in the sink (if you have one).
I use the solumel one in awhile, to remove stains, or get out the odour that comes every now and then. I also use a couple drops of melaleuca oil in the wash to act as a natural softener.
Hope that helps!!

Wow! Makes you wonder what all is in the other stuff huh?

Here's another funny story. My husband had a favorite t-shirt....One day after it got out of the wash it almost looked like there was huge greese spots all over it. Nothing else in the wash was like that. After we switched over to Melaleuca cleaning products, I washed the shirt once and *poof*, the spots were gone! Never to be seen again too. He speaks very fondly of Melaleuca. I do other more natural things that he's *ok* with but he LOVES melaleuca and even tells other guys how great it is. Cool huh?

Thanks for asking your friend for me. That's very helpful!

I am a Melaleuca Director, as is my friend who introduced me to the company. She does use the MelaPower on her cloth diapers and loves it!

Does anyone use Melaleuca laundry soap with their cloth diapers?
