lol 8 is a dream for me as well! Isa is up anywhere between 6:30 and 7
HOPING: We're going to skip the toddler bed as well...the crib he has technically converts to a toddler bed but i think it looks weird for some reason....we're going to be getting a twin size bed (it's about as big as we can go in his room)...there's a nice one with a trundle storage unit under the bed (we neeed storage space badly so we can get rid of the changing table that i use to store all his clothes in baskets) that we are looking at...it seems a bit high so we'll probably put those guard rails in...
hopefully within the next two weeks or so we'll be on our way with the transition!

MYANDULKA- 6:30?? Oh dear. I couldn't handle it! I hope Kyle doesn't do that. He's not as good of a sleeper as Madelyn. He sleeps lightly and wakes up a lot during naptime. He does pretty good at night except when he gets his legs caught in the crib rails! Ugh.
Madelyn is doing a little better about getting in bed and staying there. But she is still waking up around 8am and expecting to get up. I miss having that extra hour of her sleeping b/c Kyle always gets up at 8am. It's nice to only deal with one at a time. But apparently I should be thankful for 8! I'll get used to the new normal!
Hoodz-Are you using a toddler bed or big bed? We considered the toddler bed but a lot of people said it wasn't necessary. We ended up just using the full size bed in our guest room and she has done great on it. We have the mattress and box springs on the floor so she won't go as far if she falls out. We found her fast asleep on the floor the other night. She was curled up in her blankets still. She was tired!

we're going to be transitioning Isa soon as well....we just got him a new sheet and comforter set (Cars of course!) now we just have to decide on the bed! hopefully it will go smoothly but it's good to know what i can expect.....
