I took Jaden for a bike ride and when we got back home I usually take her out of the bike stroller and this time she said "NO, I'LL DO IT MYSELF!" (doing everything herself has been a struggle lately). I said no because I didn't want her falling out and hitting her head on the side walk. Oh my goodness did I hear about it and so did the rest of the neighborhood for a good 30 minutes! YIKES!

The woah nelly says it all! LOL.
We only had the 2 major meltdowns a few months ago. I now use the playground as a motivator for her to walk on her own with the rare occasion of carrying her for a little bit.
Now Alexandra has these little anger fits where she shakes and screams, it looks like she's going to explode. It happens when she doesn't get her way. She's also probably stressed because things changed at daycare, 4 of her buddies graduated and there are 5 new kids - who appear pretty wild. I'm trying to remind her to talk about things more and identify her feelings with her. Not always successful as she punches the air or pretends to punch me...if its not one thing it seems like there is another. But she does have her good days in between these terrible two moments, so I shouldn't complain.

yeah, we've always had to have a little "down time" when she first gets in from daycare. Lately Jenna has been grunting and pointing instead of talking (trying to anyway, we make her use her words) but its weird b/c she's actually very verbal, don't know why the regression........its always something :)
