Kraft is good to go... JACERRA is correct. It's the "typical" soft cheeses that have to say pastuerized like blue cheese, feta, etc.

Yes, Kraft products would be pasturized. Fortunately, due to the laws in America, I read American companies must use pasterized milk. Unless it's an organic raw milk specialty product or imported from another country...you're usually safe.

I bought some kraft shredded motzerella and ate it and then looked on the bag and it did not say pasterized anywhere...Kraft cheese should be pasterized though right????????????

cream cheese is fine-I think it is mostly cheeses like feta, brie, and gorgonzola, which those are fine if cooked. Heat kills the listeria so it is safe.

i think they all are, but i looked up the deli meat and cheese thing on the baby fit nutrition articles, and it says all then and then it says cream cheese and something are fine. and i think that all cream cheeses are pasturized anyways.
i eat it all the time, so i think you are safe:-)

Just curious. Is Cream Cheese pasteurized? I've been eating it without any second thougts, but now I'm not sure.
