thanks mo & omg, how horrible!! i couldn't imagine having to go through that. my ob missed the first time & that was bad enough. the nurse told me that it was just going to be like a pap so i could bring violet. i had to nurse her while having it inserted & i was in so much pain. it was tough, but nothing like what you went through. thank goodness you are doing better!! how's Isaiah coming along?

OMG Les!!!! I know I'm late on this but WOW...I couldn't read through this post fast enough to get to what the results were! You are definitely better than me during the time you were unsure of the results. I would have been flipping out in a major way! I was so freaked out to "accidentally" get preggo Again after I had Isaiah that I had a hard time doing it for the first time after the baby because I was so scared to have an accident.
I also had a rough time with my IUD. I got the Marena and during the procedure (which was very uncomfortable) there was a mishap with where they had the speculum inserted and to spare you the yucky details I'll just say that there was a lot of blood involved and the doctor had a look of worry on her face. This is never good but luckily things are fine now and after about a week of quiziness and slight discomfort I forget I even have it anymore.
Well, I'm glad that everything turned for the better for you and I hope you are doing great now!

i miss being pregnant too. i think it is so funny how when you are preggo you just want the baby & once you have the baby you just want to be preggo again.
i got my iud in today & it was SO PAINFUL!! i was in so much pain for about 4 hours. i thought something was wrong b/c i was in so much pain. it has subsided for the most part now, but definately not enough to have some hanky panky.

Phew...that WAS a close one!! it would be fabulous to have 3 but I think you would go insane with a 3 yo, 1 yo and newborn at the same time. Call me crazy but I miss being preggo...I could totally do it again BUT I cannot because I am "fixed" now. No regrets but I am sure that I will be going baby crazy at some point!!

well, i don't know yet. we are getting ready to head over to disneyland for a few hours. my bro & i are going to go on the sneak peek of the new toy story ride b4 it opens & blaise is going to hang w/ the girls around the park til we are done.
i am so nervous, but at the same time it is in fates hands now. i refuse to abort so there is nothing really to ponder if i am preggo.

okay ladies, you will NEVER guess what happened to me today!
i decided awhile ago that i was going to get an IUD so my ob ordered it & i went in today & she gave me a pregnancy test & said that after awhile it gave a faint positive line!! wth? i don't think there is anyway i can be pregnant again!!!
when i was pregnant & had my miscarrage this is what happened. i would get a faint line after a little while. blaise & i don't know what we would do. we have only had sex like 3x since i had violet & i'm bfing & i used spermacide films!! how can i be pregnant again?
my ob sent me down to the lab & i gave blood so she can check the hormone levels. she says that it's unlikely that i really am pregnant & said there the protection we used should have been good enough! she is going to call me tomorrow (tues) afternoon to let me know the results.
btw, blaise's b-day was yesterday & mine is tomorrow & we had an awesome time in vegas this past w/end!!!
